| Facilities
Management (FM) develops, manages, and maintains county buildings
and grounds.
We work with all county departments to coordinate all remodel and
construction projects. For information on project bids, see the Finance
Division´s purchasing and bid web pages, which include contact
information, and policies on bidding.
We are developing a preventive maintenance repair program for county building mechanical equipment. This program will enable FM staff to make repairs before problems escalate and become
significantly more costly.
We conduct ongoing safety and security reviews in all county facilities.
Staff receive ongoing training in emergency response procedures.
