Purpose: The Committee will assist the residents of the area and the Flood Control Zone District Board of Supervisors with implementing the Birch Bay Watershed and Aquatic Resource Management District.

Members of the committee will geographically represent a broad spectrum of stakeholders within the Birch Bay Watershed and Aquatic Resources Management District boundaries.
Term Limit: Two full terms, one year separation before commencing two more full terms.
Term Length: Term of office is four years.
