The North Sound Mental Health Administration is a Regional
Support Network for Island, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish &
Whatcom Counties. They join together to enhance our
community's mental health and support recovery for people
with mental illness served in the North Sound region, through
high quality culturally competent services.
