Courthouse Closure Information
District Court will be open to the public on closure days from
8:30am to 10:30am only.
The only hearing District Court will conduct on mandatory courthouse closure days is the in custody calendar in the jail, which will be held at 10:00am. This calendar will consist of new bookings only. Click here to see a calendar of closure dates.

Whatcom County District
Court is pleased to offer an Online Infraction Program as a way to better
serve the citizens of Whatcom County and Washington State.
We offer the option of online traffic mitigations and online deferred finding requests. If you are interested in learning more about the Online Infraction Program, please
click on the tab to the left.
Effective January 2, 2012, District Court will be imposing an ex parte fee of $15.00. Click here for more information regarding Ex Parte Fees.
