Juvenile Court Administration

A division of Whatcom County Superior Court, we have jurisdiction of all cases under Title 13 of the Revised Code of Washington that involve juveniles under the age of 18, and process non-offender cases such as truancy, at-risk youth, and child in need of services.

Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. - Noon; 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
